Cate is a graduate of Harvard Graduate School of Design with a Master of Landscape Architecture degree. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University. In addition, Cate studied Fine Art at the State University of New York at New Paltz focusing on freehand drawing.
